How Are Addenda Handled?

Who saw your addendum, and when? When a general contractor issues an addendum on a project, how can he ensure that bidding subs see it in a timely manner? 

As soon as a GC host posts an addendum to the site, the Private Construction Office software automatically faxes and/or e-mails notifications to all bidders. The sub/supplier is also notified on the site itself, via a scrolling "Latest Developments" message section.
