The iSqFt Private Construction Office

"... The communication and tracking abilities of the [iSqFt Construction Office] system are priceless!"

                                                                              - David A. Witzel, Chief Estimator
                                                                                Sano-Rubin Construction Co.

Powerful Tools for the General Contractor That Automate the Bid Process.

  • Significant Reduction in the Cost of Bidding
  • Automated Change Orders and Addenda
  • Ensure Competitive and Accurate Bids

How It Works
The web-based Private Construction Office enables general contractors to become the developers of their own project information. General contractors use this software tool to make available any project's plans and specs to their own customized list of subcontractors or to any number of publicly listed subs via the Internet.

The GC then uses their private website to invite all or specific subs and suppliers to bid on their projects. Once given access to a project, the subs go to the private site and use a project-specific password to view the plans and specs. From there the sub or supplier can do a digital take-off with the FREE software that iSqFt provides, print them in their office or order them on-line with the local reprographic firm of your choice.

Then the subs bid the project the same way that they always have.

Therefore, there is no need for the GC to incur the cost of producing plans and specs for their subs. Plus, there is no need for the GC to incur the cost of delivering those plans and specs to their subs via mail, UPS, or FedEx.
