Document Reviews
One of the unique services of the Association, unlike
any other construction industry association program anywhere in the
U.S., is our "spec review" service. Since its founding, the
Association has reviewed public and private owner bidding documents to
ensure that they are concise, complete and comply with good practice in
the industry, applicable law and equity. The results are often
productive.
