Indemnification

Sections 5-322.1 and 5-324 of the General Obligations Law hold that agreements that seek to indemnify and hold harmless owners or professionals in cases of damage or injury are void and unenforceable where the damage or injury is caused in whole or in part by those parties indemnified.
